PassTheUKTest ("we", "us", "our") provides an online study aid for the UK Life in the UK Test. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — your email address and (if you choose to sign in with Google) your Google profile name and email.
- Study activity — your practice test attempts: questions seen, answers given, scores, timestamps. Stored so we can show your history and recommend revision.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type. Used for security and to detect abuse.
- Contact form submissions — name, email, and the message you send us.
2. How we use your data
- To operate the practice test platform and save your progress.
- To send you account-related emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset).
- To respond to messages you send us via the contact form.
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud or security incidents.
- To improve the product through aggregate, non-personal analytics.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising profiling.

- Netlify — site hosting (worldwide CDN)
4. Data retention
We keep your account and practice history for as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account, we erase all your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
