1. What we provide
PassTheUKTest is an online study aid for the UK Life in the UK Test. We provide practice questions, study materials, and progress tracking. We are not affiliated with the UK Home Office or HM Government. The official test is operated by the Home Office; we are an independent third-party study tool.
2. Practice questions
Our questions are written in the style of the official test, drawing on the public handbook "Life in the United Kingdom: A Guide for New Residents". They are simulations, not actual exam questions — the Home Office keeps the actual question bank confidential.
We make no guarantee that practising with our questions will result in passing the official test. Your performance depends on your own preparation.
3. Your account
- You must be 13 or older to create an account.
- You're responsible for the security of your account and password. Don't share your account with others.
- You agree to provide accurate registration information.
- You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Scrape, copy, or republish our content without permission.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our underlying systems.
- Use the service to send spam, harassment, or any unlawful content.
- Use automated tools to submit large volumes of practice attempts.
- Share your paid account access with people not on the account.
5. Billing (when applicable)
Some features may require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, and refunds are listed on our pricing page.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: monthly plan has a 7-day no-questions-asked refund window. The 3-month pass is non-refundable after 24 hours.
6. Our content
All our content — practice questions, explanations, study guides, design and code — is our property or licensed to us. You may use it for personal study only. Commercial reuse is not permitted.
7. No legal or immigration advice
Information on this site is for general study purposes. We are not a law firm or immigration consultancy. We do not provide legal, immigration, or financial advice. For advice on your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may terminate by deleting your account.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or via the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
